Physical and Chemical Properties

This product is a white or slightly yellow powder and a small, granular, waxy solid. It is insoluble in water, ethanol, acetone, carbon tetrachloride, etc. At room temperature, but insoluble in hot xylene, chloroform, butanol, and other high-boiling-point solvents. It has a flash point of around 280℃ and thermal stability at around 300℃. Due to the introduction of polar groups on the basis of EBS, this product not only has EBS characteristics but also has better dispersibility, bright lubricity, anti-static, and demolding effects.

Product Application

    • Dispersant for polypropylene and ABS masterbatches, improving melt index and surface brightness.

    • Effective dispersant for difficult-to-disperse pigments such as phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, and carbon black (common and high-color pigment carbon black).

    • Increases brightness and lubrication during the recycling of ABS, PS, and AS, enhancing the overall quality of recycled plastic.

    • Lubricant and anti-sticking agent for transparent PVC, PP, and PE, providing both internal and external lubrication.

  • Functions as a brightener and compatibilizer for inorganic fillers modified PE and PP, improving brightness, melt index, impact strength, flexural modulus, and fracture strength of the final product.

  • Ideal for extrusion molding of rigid PVC profiles and pipes, providing a shiny surface for enhanced product appearance.

Packaging and Storage

The product is packed in composite bags, with a net weight of 20kg per bag. During transportation, avoid direct sunlight and rain. The storage period is 1 year. It is recommended to store in a dark, dry, and ventilated place. After 1 year, if the inspection is still qualified, it can still be used. This product should be stored and transported according to the regulations for general industrial chemicals.
